The pediatric practice is available to all children ages 0 to 18 who have a complaint or problem for which the family doctor or school health nurse deems it necessary to involve a pediatrician.

We provide pediatric care in a child-friendly environment. We take plenty of time to listen to your story.

We are general pediatricians and are knowledgeable about a wide range of childhood ailments. Examples include stomachaches, headaches, growth and puberty issues, infant problems such as spitting up or cow’s milk allergy, childhood obesity, and much more. You can come to us with a referral from your pediatrician or family doctor. Just like at the hospital, all costs are covered.

Collaboration

We work with laboratories and radiology departments in the region. We also collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as pediatricians at hospitals, pediatric physical therapists, and pediatric dietitians. If assistance from other healthcare providers is needed, we will refer you to them.

How do you make an appointment at ?

You can only schedule an appointment with us if you have a referral from your primary care physician or pediatrician.

1. Reference

You can come to us with a referral from your pediatrician or family doctor. Just like at the hospital, all costs are covered.

2. Make an appointment

Once we receive a referral from the school nurse or your primary care physician, we will contact you by phone within 3 business days to schedule an appointment with you.

3. Treatments

The Pediatric Practice treats all children who need a pediatrician but do not need to be hospitalized. Therefore, we do not offer outpatient care, emergency care, or a ward where children can be admitted.

No emergency care

Please note: The Pediatric Practice is an outpatient clinic. We do not offer day treatment or emergency care, so we are unable to provide acute care. In case of an emergency, please contact a general hospital.
