We are completely focused on providing you and your child the best possible experience. If you are satisfied, we would love to hear about it. And by the same token, we want to hear if you have tips or suggestions on how we can improve your experience.

Complaint

The Pediatric Practice stands for transparency in healthcare. We do our utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly for you and your child. However, we understand that it’s still possible that you aren’t satisfied. We want to hear about that so we can learn from it. It is best if you can discuss this directly with the pediatrician so we can work together to find a solution that works for you. If you’re not comfortable with a direct conversation with the pediatrician, you can always simply mail your complaint to us, in which case we’ll contact you within 24 hours.

Complaints commission

If after discussing your complaint with the pediatrician you still have the feeling that we have not been able to offer a satisfactory solution, then you can submit an official complaint. Read further over how to do this here. (Note: these directions are in Dutch.)
