We are easily accessible to our patients. Because children have a regular pediatrician, we get to know the children and their caregivers well.

We maintain close communication with our referring physicians and paramedical professionals who are involved in the child’s care. This enables us to tailor the care to the child’s specific needs.

Children and their caregivers are given the time needed to properly address a complaint. We do this through in-person appointments, phone appointments, and video calls.

Our door is always left slightly ajar. If things aren't going so well for a while, we pick up where we left off and see what needs to be done.

We strive to keep wait times as short as possible. We are usually able to schedule an appointment within a week.
Covered Care
Our care is always covered with a referral, even if there is no contract with the health insurer. Parents do not have to pay a copayment. Children do not have a deductible.

The Pediatric Practice
The Pediatric Practice provides a full range of outpatient pediatric care outside the hospital in a safe, child-friendly environment. Thanks to longer consultation times, there is also time to discuss lifestyle factors.
No emergency care
Please note: The Pediatric Practice is an outpatient clinic. We do not offer day treatment or emergency care, so we are unable to provide acute care. In case of an emergency, please contact a general hospital.

Who can be referred?
All children we can treat on an outpatient basis. This means no day treatment or acute care. We try to treat all of the child’s symptoms at the same time. And if more care is needed, we have direct contact with our colleagues at the regional hospital.
