Sometimes the doctor will refer you to a pediatric dietitian. Always read product labels carefully. They list which allergens are contained in the product.   <\/p><p><strong>Preventing Allergies<\/strong><\/p><p>For babies, the recommendation is to start offering small amounts of foods such as <a href=\"https:\/\/allergiedietist-davo.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Introductieschema-kippenei-in-zuigelingenvoeding-min.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eggs<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/allergiedietist-davo.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/introductieschema-pindakaas-in-zuigelingenvoeding-min.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peanuts<\/a> between 4 and 6 months of age, unless your doctor advises otherwise. This can help prevent allergies.
