If your child is receiving special formula through De Kinderartsenpraktijk, your pediatrician will determine how long this is necessary. The pediatrician can only prescribe a maximum amount of formula. If you run out before the agreed-upon period ends, you\u2019ll need to purchase additional supplies yourself. Together with your pediatrician, a decision will be made on whether the authorization period needs to be extended. An appointment will be scheduled for this purpose.
